Chambord Royale de France is produced using a unique three-step process involving the double fruit infusion and extraction flavour marrying and flavour blending. The infusion and extraction process takes a full six weeks, allowing the raspberry and blackberry juice to infuse with French neutral spirits before the fruits are gently pressed to capture the natural juices and sugars of fruit creating Chambord’s rich flavoursome base. To marry the flavours, the berry infusion is filtered and blended with other berry extracts, the merged with another blend of French cognac, Madagascan vanilla and other aromatic herbs to create a complex character packed with flavour.
